About Pawel
Three countries. Two careers. One long game.
From a small town in Poland to the tech corridors of Cork and Dublin and the investment markets of Canada — the through-line has always been the same: build something that lasts.
The Journey
Poland
Where it started
I grew up in Poland with a deep curiosity about how systems work - technical, financial, and human. That curiosity drove me toward technology at a time when the internet was still finding its footing, and it's never really left.
I earned my Master of Science degree there, building the analytical foundation that would shape everything that followed - from enterprise architecture to real estate underwriting.
Ireland
Where the career took shape
Ireland in the early 2000s was a hub for global technology. I moved there to work, and the country delivered: multinational environments, complex infrastructure challenges, and a front-row seat to how enterprise IT actually scales.
Those years sharpened my technical instincts and gave me a global perspective on how organisations adopt and adapt to technology. I earned certifications across networking, virtualisation, and IT service management - building a toolkit that would travel with me.
Canada
Where everything compounded
Canada was the next chapter — and the longest. I settled in the Durham Region east of Toronto, built a career in enterprise technology leadership, and started investing in real estate almost immediately. The two paths have run in parallel ever since.
Over 25 years in IT, I've led cloud architecture initiatives, built observability practices, and guided organisations through AI adoption at a time when most were still figuring out what that meant. In real estate, I've quietly assembled a portfolio across Ontario, Alberta, and Poland - buying smart, holding long, and sleeping well.
The disciplines reinforce each other more than most people expect. Technology teaches you to think in systems. Real estate teaches you to think in decades. Together, they've given me a way of seeing the world that I find genuinely useful - and that I'm happy to share.
